Obituary

REICH, Gloria Jean (Schwieterman), age 76 of Kettering, passed away Monday, March 2, 2020. She was born Dec. 24th, 1943 in Urbana, IL to the late Clarence and Emily Schwieterman. Gloria retired as a Graphic Designer at RJO Enterprise and volunteered at Cox Arboretum, the 2nd Street Market as well as Parks and Recreation with Montgomery County. Preceded in death by a brother Douglas Schwieterman. Survived by 2 daughters Renae (Bobby) Ponds of Union, Amy Fourman of Beavercreek, son Alan (Barbara) Reich of Vandalia, 7 grandchildren Gary Miller Jr., Trent Hoerner, Kelsey, Nicholas and Alexis Reich, Blaine and Jenna Fourman, 2 great grandchildren Elias and Lucas Miller, a sister Debora (Dave) Mullins of Troy, a sister-in-law Laurie Schwieterman of Dayton, 3 brothers Fredric (Marsha) of Bellbrook, Rodney and Gary both of Troy, son-in-law Jeff, and numerous nieces and nephews. Services will be held 11 a.m. Friday, March 6th at Calvary Cemetery Chapel. The family will receive friends 5 to 7 p.m. Thursday, March 5th, at Baker-Hazel & Snider Funeral Home 5555 Philadelphia Dr. at N. Main St. Contributions may be made to the Hospice of The Miami Valley in Gloria’s memory. The family would like to thank the staff of Samara/Elmcroft for their wonderful care.
