Sharon Mae Morgan was born in Dayton, Ohio on October 26th 1933. She went to be with the Lord and reunited with her husband, Fred Morgan, in Dayton, Ohio on March 9th, 2020. Sharon was a graduate from Patterson Co-Op, Class of 1951, and she continued to organize and attend class reunions until the last few years. She was a secretary for Dayton Public Schools, especially for the athletic department, and worked as a secretary at Belmont United Methodist Church. Sharon attended both Belmont United Methodist Church and Spring Valley United Methodist Church. She was a loving daughter, a devoted wife, an amazing mother, and Nana to her grandchildren.
Sharon is preceded in death by her grandfather, Harry Spaite, her father Eugene Fisher, her mother Almira G Fisher, and her husband, Frederick J Morgan. She is survived by her two daughters, Linda (Bob Lehman) Morgan-Hill-Lehman and Susan (William) Hill and her four grandchildren Emily (Brent Baumgartner) Hill, Aaron Hill, Jaret Hill, and Megan Hill.
In her time here Sharon travelled with Fred, raised two beautiful daughters, and endlessly spoiled her grandchildren. She was known for her love of pigs and her infamous pig collection. She made it a point to try and be at every event (whether that was a sports game, art show, or performance) for her grandchildren and enjoyed spending time with her family. Sharon had a great sense of humor and was always down to clown. She will be greatly missed, but her grandchildren will be sure to continue her legacy of mischief and love.
Sharon’s Celebration of Life will be held at Spring Valley United Methodist Church 1 W Walnut Street Spring Valley, Ohio 45370 on Saturday, May 9, 2020. Time is to be determined.
