ERISMAN, Stewart Earl “Stew” age 83, passed away surrounded by family Friday, July 12, 2019 in Dayton. He was born July 7, 1936 to the late Earl and Lela Erisman in Dayton. He was affiliated with DAHA and several other activities at Hara Arena for many years and enjoyed fishing, bowling and playing soft ball. He retired from DP&L after 48 years of service.

Stewart is survived by his loving wife Betty of 63 years; children Tom (Rhonda), Bob, Lori Hendrickson and Bill (Tami); 13 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren; sister Eleanor; several other nieces and nephews.

He is preceded in death by his parents and his sister Beverly.

A Funeral Service will be held 1PM Wednesday July 17, 2019at Baker Hazel Snider Funeral Home 5555 Philadelphia Dr. Dayton OH 45415. A visitation will be held 11am until time of service at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to A Special Wish Foundation in Stewart’s memory. So sorry to hear about the passing of this tall and friendly figure on the youth hockey scene. Going to Hobart Arena for the Silver Stick tournament will never be the same, but we'll all know Stew is there. Bob Batz Jr., Pittsburgh, Pa.
