SUCHER, Theodore "Ted" age 87, died Tuesday, January 15, 2019 in Beavercreek, Ohio. He was born in Dayton, Ohio on May 11, 1931. Ted was a US Army Veteran and served in the Korean War. He retired from McCalls in Dayton after 35 years of service. He was a member of VFW Post # 2800 on Highridge Ave. and the VFW post #9937 on Wilmington Ave. He was also a firefighter for Miami Township. He preceded in death by his parents Edith and Horace Sucher, brother Gerald Sucher and wife Mary Frances Sucher. He is survived by his children: Jeff, Greg, Kathy, Julia, Becky and many grandchildren. He is also survived by his devoted sister Judy (Bob) Suddarth, nieces Mary Ann (Mike) Stemley and Christine (Bob) Elson, great nephew Chris Stemley and great nieces Cassandra Kowalski and Abrielle Elson. Interment Dayton National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the Disabled American Veterans Charitable Service Trust at https://cst.dav.org/ in Ted's memory.
